Lloyds has looked after this house for 50 years. My trust level is obviously sky high. Russell fixed a relatively small outside pipe leak today. He is courteous, efficient, and diligent. He communicated every step to me and left the site in the condition he found it, including clearing up the mud, which I appreciated. You can’t go bargain hunting when it comes to plumbing. So, yes, I have a long relationship with Lloyds, but I haven’t seen them that often because when they fix something, it is definitely fixed.

I highly recommend Lloyd’s plumbing. When I called on Friday at 8 AM, they had someone on site at 10 AM. They referred me to an expert in leak detection who arrived about an hour later. Once the leak was detected, Lloyd’s plumbing had someone on site within a couple of hours and repaired the leak. They were prompt and very professional, keeping me aware of everything that was going on with the repair, which was done at a very reasonable cost.
