Thomas M was great! He was knowledgeable, professional, honest, and friendly. He did what he said he would do and followed up with us throughout the whole process. We had a Moen Flo Smart Water Monitor and Tankless Water Heater installed. The technicians (Jayden, Vincent, Alex, Taj) he sent out to do the work were also wonderful. They were hard-working and personable. Aaron, one of the owners, also came by to make sure everything was going well and to make sure we were happy, which we appreciated. The ladies in the office were easy to reach and provided us with all the documentation we requested. We would recommend Lloyds to anyone. We had a great experience. It is hard to find honest and hard-working plumbers nowadays that also give great customer service. Lloyds Plumbing was AWESOME!

Highly recommended repeat customer Mar 19, 2025

This is the second time I've used Lloyd's plumbing, and they reinforced the reason why I am a repeat customer. My water heater started having issues on the afternoon of 18 Mar 2025, so I gave them a call and they were able to send out a technician in about 15 minutes. After a quick chat, Thomas was able to diagnose the problem and break the bad news that it'd be hard to find parts since the water heater was 10+ years old. I told him I wanted a tank water heater and, despite a brief look of disagreement on his face most likely about wanting to suggest tankless, I had an appointment scheduled for the next day to install with little to no upsell attempts. At most, it was the equivalent of the movie theater soda large for 25 cents more. The morning of 19 Mar 2025, Elijah and Leo arrived and promptly got to work. They were a great crew and Elijah impressed me by coaching Leo through the entire process and even giving him career advice. There were some hiccups along the way such as the new tank being a bit larger than the old one, and they were able to either figure it out or call other techs for advice/confirmation. Everything ended up looking great and I now have hot water back in less than 24 hours. Highly recommended and I'll definitely be coming back to Lloyd's.

Lloyd's was fantastic. First, their website is amazing, intuitive, and you can book a time online, which I did, very simple and easy. Communication is also excellent as they confirmed the appointment over the phone, and they use texting, which I prefer. James and Matt came out, clearly explained what needed to be done (fix 2 leaks in a tankless water heater), and completed the job. Pricing was very fair. Highly recommend Lloyd's plumbing!

SO SO Happy Thomas Thank You! Great job—honest he came out in 2 hours I had hot water. Explained everything in detail. Warranty paid parts. I paid labor my home warranty refunded my labor monies. I had a plumber before Thomas he wanted $1,800.00 lied to me. Be careful people call Lloyd's FIRST!
