7/9/26 After 60 years of buildup and breakdown in our 1960's piping we finally were able to have Aaron and his crew here for Phase 1 (Kitchen/Laundry) of our family home drain reroute with Phase 2 (Bathrooms) following next week. This is a major project and Aaron's recommendations have been thoughtful and without any pressure, helping us connect and coordinate with the various crews and inspectors who have been part of this project. As big as this project is, our only inconvenience has been some noise, a few hours without water, and one trip to the laundromat. 10/21/25 Had Rudy and his team out to fix a pinhole leak in a hot water pipe in the shower and replace some other piping and fixtures. As always, the guys from Lloyds Plumbing are fantastic and take great care of our family home. We just had Lloyd’s Plumbing come to check a tapping sound in our main bath wall. It turned out to be expansion taps in the hot water line. Rudy also checked our water heater and pressure, and replaced the main regulator which was not unexpected for our 57 year old, family home. He was very friendly and informative, as Lloyd’s people always are. We’ve never been disappointed with their work. They’re our first call for plumbing. UPDATE: We just had Josh come out to handle an emergency drainage backup. As with all Lloyds technicians, he was friendly and very willing to explain what was going on with our system and extremely patient and gracious in answering my questions. It’s been our plan to have Lloyds come out this summer to give our 60 year old family home a full repipe, and every time we have them come out for various jobs, their commitment to customer care just reinforces our faith in them.

I had the cartridge and trim in my shower installed a year and two weeks ago because it was leaking. It started leaking again a year and two weeks later but because their warrantee only covers one year they wouldn’t cover the cost to have it replaced again. Thats fine but they wouldn't give any type of discount to have the work they did again to be redone a year and two weeks later. I have no incentive to use them again; I’ll be using another plumber next time. They stepped over dollars to make pennies…

Not only did he check both piping in our older house (built in the 1960's) he was finally able to diagnose the REAL problem that was honestly horrifying to think that all the other plumbers had missed.Over the last few months my family and i have been struggling with our main sink draining, month after month we called plumbers, they would come in, run a snake down the drain, pull some stuff out, bill us and leave. Only to have the drain act up AGAIN a month later Through online reviews and friends, i learned about Richie, i reached out for his information and received his work cell. Upon calling he was super professional quoted prices over the phone and clearly explained everything my family would receive with the prices charged. We called him the Tuesday the week before Christmas and he worked around his busy schedule with their receptionist to get him to my house that Friday! Not only did he check both piping in our older house (built in the 1960's) he was finally able to diagnose the REAL problem that was honestly horrifying to think that all the other plumbers had missed. "Lloyd's was the only service that offered to come out the same day"

Have to give credit when credit is due. I called 8 other plumbers; the ones that, ”answered’ wanted to come out in a few days despite me telling them I have no water. But Lloyd's was the only service that offered to come out the same day, actually within the hour. Pete arrived and got to work digging out an old broke shower value. Fair prices, great service, and a family-owned business I can co I've used Lloyd's for many years since purchasing our home in 2010 because of their consistently positive service experiences, and this time was no different. They always fit me in no matter what day or time it is, and I know no matter what tech comes out, they will uphold the company's and owner's values. This week we needed a bathtub clog to be snaked, but we've also had them replace a water heater, install a sink faucet and repipe some of the old cast iron under our home. Lloyd's Plumbing came to the rescue during heavy rains, clearing a major blockage in my backyard drains. Kyle was prompt, professional, and thorough, ensuring everything was flowing perfectly. I highly recommend Lloyd's for their excellent service! It's not very often when we get a significant amount of rain, but we did. I knew my backyard drains didn't work very well, as the water would build up very quickly with even the smallest storm. When we recently had the heavy rains, the water level was fast approaching my back door threshold. This is when I knew attention was needed. I was referred to Lloyd's Plumbing from a very close friend. Kyle was dispatched. He was on time, friendly and eager to get started. He worked relentlessly against what seemed like a complete blockage. In the 2 hour process, he pulled out a half dozen tennis balls and enough roots to start my own tropical forest. When he finally was able to get the lines cleared, the backyard cleared instantly. Kyle, however, didn't stop there. He made sure that all the water entry points were clear and that I would have worry-free service. Since the service, I've already recommended that my neighbor use Lloyd's for his daughter's house. It has been a rough 3 weeks, trying to fix a kitchen faucet for the wife. A simple repair right. WRONG!! After 3 service calls, 2 hrs labor working on faucet repair. Parts supplied by MOEN. Good life time warranty if you can endure the system. I gave up after being charged & offered to fix things that were maybe old but still performing as new, I was driving on Lavey court & saw a Lloyd's plumbing truck/office.
