Alex explained problem and options for “fixing” then repaired efficiently. Old gasket failed + repair needed. Prompt service also good. Will call LLOYDS next time too !

Russ was awesome and super speedy! He helped us remove an old faucet and install a new one. He also helped replace two of our very dated valves. In and out within 2 hours and was very careful with his work. Much appreciated!

Ryan did a good job working on my vormax toilet. It works much better. Also he replaced a toilet seat cover that was rusted on. He gave us good advice on new toilets that are reliable

The team with Lloyds Plumbing is Awesome! 7/18/26 We're in the home stretch of Phase 2 (Bathroom drain restoration) Aaron's team has got this! He, along with Matthew and Vincent have been putting in long, hot hours, in the middle of a heatwave, to bring our family home up to the standard it should be. I can't thank them enough. 7/9/26 After 60 years of buildup and breakdown in our 1960's drainage we finally were able to have Aaron and his crew here for Phase 1 (Kitchen/Laundry drain Restoration) of our family home drain reroute. Phase 2 (Bathroom Restoration) to follow next week. This is a major project and Aaron's recommendations have been thoughtful and without any pressure, coordinating with the various crews and inspectors who have been part of this project. As big as this project has been, our only inconvenience has been some noise, a few hours without water, and one trip to the laundromat. 10/21/25 Had Rudy and his team out to fix a pinhole leak in a hot water pipe in the shower and replace some other piping and fixtures. As always, the guys from Lloyds Plumbing are fantastic and take great care of our family home. We just had Josh come out to handle an emergency drainage backup. As with all Lloyds technicians, he was friendly and very willing to explain what was going on with our system and extremely patient and gracious in answering my questions. It’s been our plan to have Lloyds come out this summer to give our 60 year old family home a full repipe, and every time we have them come out for various jobs, their commitment to customer care just reinforces our faith in them. We just had Lloyd’s Plumbing come to check a tapping sound in our main bath wall. It turned out to be expansion taps in the hot water line. Rudy also checked our water heater and pressure, and replaced the main regulator which was not unexpected for our 57 year old, family home. He was very friendly and informative, as Lloyd’s people always are. We’ve never been disappointed with their work. They’re our first call for plumbing.

The technician was professional, knowledgeable, and did a good job. We were happy with his workmanship and appreciated his service. Our only concern was the pricing. We understand that Lloyd’s provides professional service and uses flat-rate pricing, but we felt the quote was quite high. We hope the company can offer more reasonable and competitive pricing in the future. Overall, we were pleased with the technician and the quality of the work, but we would be more likely to use Lloyd’s again if the pricing were more reasonable.

We needed a water softener, new reverse osmosis filter, new kitchen sink, new faucet, and a new garbage disposal. Ryan from Lloyds came out to talk over our options and he gave us quotes for different amounts of work, so we could pick and choose what would work best for our budget. The process was transparent and Lloyds always kept me updated about the status of the work and when parts needed to be special ordered, and most importantly, the Lloyds team never missed an appointment, they accomplished the work they said they were going to accomplish and did not go over budget. The team was professional, cleaned up after they completed the job, they were friendly and always had answers for my questions. The Lloyds team was fantastic to work with and will be my family’s go to plumber for all future plumbing needs.

Service techs arrived as scheduled. Very friendly and knowledgeable. They talked me through everything they did and how it worked. Amazing how quick they got the hot water back on.

Quick and courteous service, while keeping me the owner informed of the situation and repair costs

I replaced my over 24 years old water softener system originally installed by the builder on new housing constructions. We chose Lloyds plumbing because of good rating, reviews and they are family owed business. Communications and services I felt were excellent. They were on time, take care of what was needed as promised. The cost is expensive and I’m not sure if this is good value since I don’t have anything to compare too.
