Called Lloyd’s plumbing and asked for Russ, we had him here about a month ago. Arrived shortly after we called and repaired the leak we had with the toilet and wasn’t here long and did a great job. The valve cartidge in our shower needed to be replaced. Brandon was at the time thesau he would and he was very knowledgeable, helpful and completed the job quickly. 7/18/26 We're in the home stretch of Phase 2 (Bathroom drain restoration) Aaron's team has got this! He, along with Matthew and Vincent have been putting in long, hot hours, in the middle of a heatwave, to bring our family home up to the standard it should be. I can't thank them enough. 7/9/26 After 60 years of buildup and breakdown in our 1960's drainage we finally were able to have Aaron and his crew here for Phase 1 (Kitchen/Laundry drain Restoration) of our family home drain reroute. Phase 2 (Bathroom Restoration) to follow next week. This is a major project and Aaron's recommendations have been thoughtful and without any pressure, coordinating with the various crews and inspectors who have been part of this project. As big as this project has been, our only inconvenience has been some noise, a few hours without water, and one trip to the laundromat. 10/21/25 Had Rudy and his team out to fix a pinhole leak in a hot water pipe in the shower and replace some other piping and fixtures. As always, the guys from Lloyds Plumbing are fantastic and take great care of our family home. We just had Josh come out to handle an emergency drainage backup. As with all Lloyds technicians, he was friendly and very willing to explain what was going on with our system and extremely patient and gracious in answering my questions. It’s been our plan to have Lloyds come out this summer to give our 60 year old family home a full repipe, and every time we have them come out for various jobs, their commitment to customer care just reinforces our faith in them. We just had Lloyd’s Plumbing come to check a tapping sound in our main bath wall. It turned out to be expansion taps in the hot water line. Rudy also checked our water heater and pressure, and replaced the main regulator which was not unexpected for our 57 year old, family home. He was very friendly and informative, as Lloyd’s people always are. We’ve never been disappointed with their work. They’re our first call for plumbing.

This was an extremely complicated plumbing problem involving multiple showers. Thomas was thorough, meticulous in figuring out what was needed for repair, set me up with hot water, turned off faucets causing additional problems til the parts are ordered and installed/replaced. Exceptional plumber. Exceptional person; polite, kind, considerate, thoughtful, respectful and great communicator.

Lloyd Plumbing did a repair for my elderly parents age 94 and 93. It was a slab leak. It was determined to Reroute the pipe. The whole process they made was very painless for my parents. I would definitely use them again in the future.

Update: Our shower handle was loose and the inner extension fitting needed replacing. Russ fixed the problem with professionalism and courtesy. Our shower pipe was clogged. Brandon was able to unclog it very quickly and professionally. He even made suggestion for type of screen to put on the drain to help prevent hair from going into the pipes. Great job! We’ve used Lloyd’s Plumbing for various plumbing needs throughout the years. We’ve always had consistent professional and prompt service. We recently had a crack in a vertical cast iron pipe from an upstairs bathroom. The repair Required removal of some drywall. The technician Alex K. Was very helpful and explaining things. He even provided a referral for drywall repair. Overall, we were very happy with the service that was provided and will continue to recommend and use Lloyd’s Plumbing. I called Lloyds Plumbing to snake out a clogged drain. Richie Habib, lead drain technician, came out and was able to fix the problem. He also explained what he was doing and gave me some tips for preventative maintenance. He was running late today but I did receive calls to inform me of that and also another call letting me know when he was on his way. I was very impressed by the courtesy and professionalism with this service. I call Lloyd’s Plumbing for routine maintenance of drains and always have great service and I’ve been able to get appointments quickly. Everyone has been professional and answer my questions and get the job done. Plumbers Bill and Ken are also great to work with.

We have used Lloyd’s Plumbing exclusively for all our plumbing needs for over twenty years. On June 10, 2026, the technicians Gavin and Brandon replaced all the fixtures in our upstairs middle bathroom. Brandon had come to our home on June 6 to inspect the bathroom. He wrote a quote that we accepted. This was a fairly big job. They were able to replace the shower/tub valve, shower head, tub spout, and the valve assembly behind the valve without damaging the tile. They also replaced the sink valves and spout. They did the job very well and cleaned up thoroughly. We appreciate their service, reliability, and reasonable prices. Thanks again to Lloyd’s Plumbing!

Not only did he check both piping in our older house (built in the 1960's) he was finally able to diagnose the REAL problem that was honestly horrifying to think that all the other plumbers had missed.Over the last few months my family and i have been struggling with our main sink draining, month after month we called plumbers, they would come in, run a snake down the drain, pull some stuff out, bill us and leave. Only to have the drain act up AGAIN a month later Through online reviews and friends, i learned about Richie, i reached out for his information and received his work cell. Upon calling he was super professional quoted prices over the phone and clearly explained everything my family would receive with the prices charged. We called him the Tuesday the week before Christmas and he worked around his busy schedule with their receptionist to get him to my house that Friday! "Lloyd's was the only service that offered to come out the same day"

Have to give credit when credit is due. I called 8 other plumbers; the ones that, ”answered’ wanted to come out in a few days despite me telling them I have no water. But Lloyd's was the only service that offered to come out the same day, actually within the hour. Pete arrived and got to work digging out an old broke shower value. Lloyd's Plumbing came to the rescue during heavy rains, clearing a major blockage in my backyard drains. Kyle was prompt, professional, and thorough, ensuring everything was flowing perfectly. I knew my backyard drains didn't work very well, as the water would build up very quickly with even the smallest storm. When we recently had the heavy rains, the water level was fast approaching my back door threshold. This is when I knew attention was needed. When he finally was able to get the lines cleared, the backyard cleared instantly. Kyle, however, didn't stop there. "Installed & fixed everything in under 1 hr."

It has been a rough 3 weeks, trying to fix a kitchen faucet for the wife. A simple repair right. WRONG!! After 3 service calls, 2 hrs labor working on faucet repair. Parts supplied by MOEN. Good life time warranty if you can endure the system. I gave up after being charged & offered to fix things that were maybe old but still performing as new, I was driving on Lavey court & saw a Lloyd's plumbing truck/office. I went in & behold 3 very nice ladies took my problem to heart, It was great therapy according to my Dr. at the VA. Made an appt. for the 1st available day. Shane was great.
